Please complete the online JVA forms BEFORE tryouts, and bring the completed/signed WnS club forms (hard copies) to the team meeting, the day before tryouts begin!

 

We are continuing to use JVA for insurance purposes for both our beach and indoor programs; thus, please follow the links below to complete required JVA forms (online).  (There is no fee for completing the JVA forms--we pay for all player & coach registration fees as a club...)  In addition to completing the JVA forms, please complete, print, and bring hardcopies of the 2 Wind n' Sea player forms (links below) to the first day of any clinic, tryout, open gym, etc...
